Police and laws protect bullies

Laws allow random bullying and harrassment but if you retaliate with a weapon you go to jail.
In my country if someone verbally harrasses you and you stab him it's called attempted murder and you go to jail.
This law system protects bullies.
Even the police and the law system is against us.
Someone could say that i'm an incel and that i wouldn't have the balls to do such thing.
I don't like getting into fist fights i admit.
But i would have no issues shooting a bully if the law allowed me to do so.
