Never been to either of those countries. I've also never eaten or drank any of their food. I've drank vodka but it was not russian or polish vodka. It must be a huge difference. I used to eat pierogi/pirogi as a teen, but it was frozen ones you put in the microwave so, not very healthy or appetizing
