For me it is easily the agepill. Most brutal by far. With probably manletpill being a runner up.

I think agepill is the worst as there is some vagueness about it that makes it so terrifying. The age when it's truly over varies from person to person? What's my age? In 5 years will it be too late already? How much time do I have?
