JFL playing games now makes me sick

i'm not even kidding. yesterday i was playing some fps game and when i left the computer i felt sick. now i feel a bit better but the moment i started playing it again the same symptoms resurfaced.

just what the fuck the only cope i have makes me physically sick and feel like shit. what kind of a joke is this?
