See, I live in the middle east, where betabux game is very strong. In this part of the world, a rich 4/10 will get laid and easily land a Stacy, and a poor 6/10 will be incel. They will if you had one big flaw and fixed it with everything else being decent or better. There’s a guy that used to be posted a lot on PUAHate who looked like a frog and had jaw surgery. The problem was he still had a bad phenotype (red hair, pale skin) with bad eyes and a LONG midface so he was truecel but no longer like a onecooldude standout. If everything is bad or something like a long midface which is a deformity, you might as well wipe your ass with the money you’d spend on surgery if you’re hoping to get laid. I’d say 95% of the time, surgery is a waste for guys but maybe they’re one flaw away.
