Phenibut?

Have any of you ever tried Phenibut in order to improve social skills? It was developed in the USSR to help Russian Cosmonauts live together in close quarters. I hear it gives you the effects of alcohol without impairing your motor skills. I tried it a few times and at certain points, it felt like I could pull some srs game on a hot girl if I wanted to. Other times, it didn't have much of an effect. However, deep sleep and vivid dreams always occur on Phenibut.
