Sometimes we get orders that take up three bags worth of food that total up to be $70 and receive no tip. It takes time for us to individually package up your food, label the containers, and then put in the correct amount of silverware, napkins, and condiments needed. Sometimes shifts are really slow and those take out orders tips can add up!!

It feels tough reading what you guys say about the restaurant workers as I'm one, but I've been at both ends, kitchen and front and it's tough, they talk down on you so bad, I remember coming from dishes and bussing to the 'chef' position and the bar, and foids would still try to bring me or my cooks down. With the tipping part I completely respect you guys with the take out, dining in I see it a little bit different, honestly I'm disrespected on the daily being a short bartender, so I have to put a heel attitude so when Chads and Stacy comes I don't prioritize them because a lot of the times they would come with stupid stuff to say about me.
