In this age, many people (especially zoomers) are pro science. They watch VSauce, they worship Neil deGrasse Tyson and they try to be maximum ''rational'' and ''unbiased'' as possible.

didn't came from nowhere

But, on the other hand, when it comes to scientific blackpill they become very irrational and defensive. When they see peer review scientific article about how short men have trouble in dating, they start using logical fallcies like anecdotal evidence like ''I know a 4'9 guy with 2 inch peepee who fucks at least 69 real life anime girls every day'' or straight up they denying this article saying it is somewhat flawed or online dating =/= real life (despite the fact in current times people are dating mostly via dating apps).

I really don't understand this type of behaviour. Are they schizophrenic or simply low IQ? If they are so pro-science, then why simple fact that is contradicts their world view is so traumatic for them? Why they don't embrace it, accept it?

The full potency of the blackpill is hard to take even for most on this site. The easiest route is deflection to avoid taking the blackpill.

They won't cease to exist.

it's over

then why simple fact that is contradicts their world view is so traumatic for them?

Because that worldview has been baked into them from day 1, basically every piece of modern mainstream entertainment and news they watch has instilled into them the bluepill, it's just programming. If they question the narrative, you must call them a racist/bigot/transphobe/incel. Implicating foids in being wrong with something and embracing genetic determinism goes against everything they're taught. Not to mention the brutality of accepting it's over. :feelsjuice:

Most people are not capable of scientific thinking at all, other than parroting talking points they heard other people that they perceive as smart who claim “science says”

Yep. Also those people probably have never heard of the term "conflict of interest." Retards like that ought to recognise that just because a study says something doesn't mean its true, especially if the conclusion of the study can be used by a big company to make money. And they don't understand that sometimes studies can be fabricated because of political reasons.

Sometimes people just believe what they want to believe. If it supports their views they think its correct. If it doesn't then they proclaim it as heresy. A lot of these people suffer from from severe conformism and illusory superiority. There's also a tendency from them to appeal to authority, basically claiming that if media publishes a study then the study's conclusion must be true, and they don't understand that they are being socially engineered.
