I personally use bitwarden. For a while I used no PW manager and used the same PW for everything, which in hindsight was pretty dumb in terms of security.

I also enable MFA where possible. How do you guys manage your passwords?

for things i log in to regularly i can memorize the password, for everything i log in to infrequently i just do a password reset every time to something random
