In the Bible, it speaks that those have will be given more, and those who have nothing will have even less.

Those trusted with many talents will be held to a higher standard and judgement, but will be rewarded more, while those who have no talents will be expected of less, but receive less and judged less
 
Unfortunately I am held to the exact same standards as Chad.
 
Doesn't God expect all of humankind to be fruitful and multiply?
In the start, yes, but He also expects everyone to follow the 10 commandments, but knows humanity can't even live up to the most basic moral code, which is why Jesus was sacrificed, to pay the price of humanities short comings
