What can i do against this shit i feel like i am being haunted. Often i can not sleep like today and its just fucking hard.

Not sure if this will help... But.
Try to identify what is panicing you. What are you paranoid about?
Then prepare for it. Be ready to deal with it. Have a plan.
For example: I have a fear of being attacked by bullies! (For obvious reasons) So I carry a weapon. And I learned empty-hand self defense. I also have a scary sounding dog.
I also fear not having enough food. (From starving in the woods) So I buy in bulk (& on the sales) of basic stuff, and try to stay ahead of my needs.
Basically. Identify the (potential) threat(s), and deal with it before you need to!
This only works if your threats are physical. If you have vague and generalized fear, a impending feeling of doom, then you are probably White and psychic and feeling the continuing genocide.
Also limit your viewing of (((toxic media))).
Remember! They really ARE out to get you! So be ready!
