What do you mean by blackpilling you about it ? Ofc if theres a way to easily lose fat they would use it. I don't know how effective it is for them but it's not the worst thing they can fraud.

Well, it's because it works by tricking your brain into thinking you are full, while you haven't eaten, it makes it so you don't feel like eating pretty much. It's obvious why they would use it, it makes weight loss very easy because you don't even have to think about eating anymore, as the drug make you feel like you don't want to eat.
It drasticly decreases weight and more importantly hunger. So far in studies subjects were losing mostly muscle mass and less bodyfat (then identified it doing mri scans [i am not sure if thats what those are called]).
But it can be easily prevented with protein rich diet. So yeah, so far no big side effects except the muscle loss being bigger than fat loss.
Plus its heavily pushed by big pharma so we will hear about side effects im 10 years, when its too late to sue anybody imo
