It's true, but it's more about the Asian women than the White foreigners. Other races and countries faced colonization and don't see nearly the same amount of misandry from their women. Muslim women, Indian women, Black women, even White women, know they will receive backlash from men of their culture for dating out in a way that no (East) Asian does. Asian culture, independent of foreigners, is rife with native misandry, overbearing women, pushover men. Asian men must hold Asian women accountable by building value and then excommunicating self-hating Asian women (which is almost all of them).
