I remember going to a church event as a child, and we were, as a group, playing Bible trivia, which resulted in winning a prize if you knew the correct answer. I knew every answer but was never called on. The church leader could sense something weird about me, something uncanny. She knew I wasn't like the other kids, and she wouldn't call on me despite having my hand up first and knowing the answer. I cried, and the group leader gave me a prize at the end when my mom and I confronted her. I told her I knew all the answers to the trivia questions but was never called on. So, as recompense, she asked me if I did anything to help out my parents at home. I lied and said I did the dishes. I ended up getting a little eraser shaped as a lamb for my lie.
