Besides weight loss, what else is there? Unless you have extremely fucked up teeth , are bald and are doing something about it, never shower , are horribly groomed or have loads of acne or something.
Once you get down to roughly 15-17% bodyfat (17% and below is considered "fit or slim" according to Wikipedia, which quotes exercise/sports and nutrition organizations) they either like you or not. Adding muscle will not change your face/bone structure.
Yes I am still cutting (started at 171, down to 165 and want to get down to under 163) but beyond that, there is little to nothing.
"self improvement" is useless if you are ugly.
