I have severe asymmetries and deficiencies that I cant simply correct by skinmaxxing or brushing my teeth

I still take care of my skin and my teeth (like you I cleanse, moisturize daily, mask twice a week and brush + floss after every meal, mouthwash 2x day), but its pointless when I look bloated and my teeth are big and ugly and make me look goofy

I take care of myself to the best of my ability but its not enough
