Position description: The security specialist will be charged with performing a range of essential tasks which are instrumental to our organizational objectives of maintaining internal security by way of ensuring that proper and rigorous vetting is conducted of all those who aspire to join our organization. While the International Brotherhood of Men is open to any prospective candidate who supports our mission, mandate and methods, the Incel Liberation Movement (ILM) and Incel Protection Force (IPF) are far more selective constituent groups that fall under the auspices of our movement. The security specialist will be tasked with assessing the viability and worthiness of prospective candidates for admittance to the ranks of the ILM and the IPF and will make recommendations based on a holistic and comprehensive assessment of the relevant considerations that have bearing on ones candidacy and will include post histories both on our forums as well as on the original .is, the qualitative and quantitative aspects of these posts, general knowledge of the blackpill philosophy, any evidence of disloyalty or insufficient commitment to our ideals and other factors. The ideal applicant for this position will have a background which includes training, education and/or experience in real world data analytics or human resources operations. Favorable consideration will be given to any applicant who has previously served in the US Armed Forces. This position requires considerable discretion and while the security specialist must be willing and able to implement and effectuate orders that have been given by higher ranking personnel, he will be expected to exercise his own good judgement and frequently act independently of direct supervision.
