Brutal Only was able to sleep 3.5 hours today, it’s truly hell. I hate how even something that’s supposed to be as easy as sleep is such a massive battle.

I feel like absolute shit and I hate that my body never lets me sleep straight through. All too often I can’t fall back to sleep the second time and I only get half as much sleep as I need

Same, it's because of this I am always tired 24/7

Sleeeeeeep

yeah, same, have had sleep issues ever since my childhood and never got it fully under control. shit is miserable. although I sometimes do enjoy the euphoric high that comes with intense sleep deprivation

Brutal man. And yeah, I’ve had this issue for a long time too. It feels absolutely horrible and robs you of what quality of life you otherwise would have. I’ve lost so many days that I planned to do fun shit on and also it makes my work days so much harder.

But sometimes instead of the bad feeling you get the high from it like you said, although that’s kinda rare for me

Doesn’t do a damn thing. I’ve even tried harder prescription sleeping pills, and they don’t help
You could get a free treadmill or eleptical. People give them away and you could run on it before you go to sleep to try to make yourself more tired.

@Atavistic Autist
OP has not taken the trazodonepill yet!

if you do that you will get your circulation working and stay awake longer. physical exhaustion can help but not if you do it right before bed time. and in the end it hasn't helped me much. I sometimes am so exhausted I can barely move but I still cant sleep.

I already exercise more than enough and do a lot of physical work. Besides that, more activity would destroy me as I’m skinny already despite eating 3,500 calories a day. It’s impossible to gain weight

I absolutely have and they don’t do a damn thing. And they also shut my intestines down. I have bad intestines to begin with and ever since age 13 I’ve had to take high doses of laxatives a day to stay alive.

Traxadone has constipation as a side affect and was slowly killing me by making bowel movements impossible while at the same time not helping at all with sleep

Same. And the times you do a ton of exercise or manual labor and still can’t sleep hit twice as hard the next day. I remember one time I did tons of physical labor for an outdoor project (cleaning up a fallen tree by cutting it up and carrying logs away), and only slept like 4 hours that night.

Well next day my legs were so sore I could hardly do anything and my brain was fried. Normally this type of work wouldn’t bother me but without being able to sleep it’s pure hell.

I’ve found that very few people can relate to the struggle of extreme sleep issues even here and will give you typical normie advice just like most guys would tell you bullshit advice about trying to get a gf.

My back is literally in pain everywhere right now and my stomach muscles are sore too. It literally puts extreme wear on everything in your body when you can’t sleep

@Mystorious is a real one and gets it

@light this shit is killing me slowly and there is no solution

They help some to initially fall asleep, but they don’t help me stay asleep. Unfortunately my body wakes me up after 3-5 hours to piss no matter what, even if I don’t drink anything for hours before bed

oh well what else then ?

Also tried eszoplicone. Doesn’t help much, although it’s a tad better than trazadone
i take 100mg and up until now trazodone is failsafe. But, it doesnt mean it works for everybody.

I slept well last night and didn’t have a migraine today thankfully. Took 200mg of magnesium glycinate. Only had to go back to sleep once.

Never heard of that chemical, what exactly is it’s function?

the body needs a balance of melatonin and magnesium among other things, to help with the "paralysis" mechanism of falling asleep

Muscle relaxation. it might help you but i take it because i clench at night due to fucked up bite and haven’t slept well lately. Supposedly it increases serotonin too

might’ve only slept a combined 6 hours from tuesday-wednesday each night about 3 hours lol

Why is it hard for you to sleep?

I see, maybe I should try it

I had some old chamomile tea bags I boiled water to drink later. It was like a light majuana buzz that felt good.

Zolpidem, sold under the brand name Ambien is best. Very difficult to get prescription as ppl tend to abuse it.

FUCK SLEEP NEVER SLEEP STAY AWAKE UNTIL YOU COLLAPSE OF EXHAUSTION

Nice, perhaps this is something I should try to see if it helps

I’ve tried to get this shit and they are reluctant to prescribe it. But maybe after I try enough shitty ones with no help then they will prescribe it.
