Not only is nature more cruel towards men's SMV (we go bald, need huge dicks, height, and need to always confront any danger), but the modern climate crisis consisting of pollution, big soy and microplastics are only asymmetrically affecting men. This includes smaller taints, retaining neotenous (facial) features at later ages, and of course, the lowering T levels. I bet even our voices are becoming less deep, as well as becoming more submissive and the declining ability to lean into adversity/confrontation. Even porn contributes to lower T levels. The only upside, if you can even call it one, is that more men are switching over to tutorial mode and taking the pinkpill, or they're just becoming faggots.
The only way forward is Marxist Rodgerism or the complete removal of the male instinctual drive to procreate (without any negative side effects).

porn stimulates the senses more. Not that hard to imagine that the more sex you have, the more prolactin (which lowers T) you release. And porn simulates sex more than masturbation alone.

Also he was blackpilled iirc & it was a high effort post, so I trust it more. He also made sure to not change any other daily habits
