Well like I pointed out above, in some African nations some employers have to pay their workers daily just so that they show up for work again the day after, because they don't have the needed mental tools to understand why it might be a good idea to just keep working even if they haven't already ran out of money yet.

To be honest it probably doesn't matter much as far as life outcome is concerned if you have an IQ in the 80's or merely the low to mid 90's. Many poor whites are no more likely to become successful in life than blacks, though they are probably less likely to commit crime.
