What sucks is that back in middle school, I was still incel tier but that was just because I was super shy and a twink. Come high school, I start gymceling and am still shy. Come sophomore year, I start getting severe cystic acne and stay consistent with the gymceling to cope. This leads me to develop quite an advanced level physique and strength for my age. However, the physique doesn't help when your face looks wrecked.

Nowadays, anytime I see someone from middle school, I notice I mog them in pretty much every way except my skin. Which easily brings me down to a 2-4 rating. Keep in mind that these kids from my past that I'm mogging in all the other features have already gotten laid multiple times and have had multiple girlfriends. Because of my severe scars, I'm forced to watch my youth slip by. Even if I were to recover, the emotional damage would have been done. I don't know how to interact with women. I take every little kindness from a female as an IOI (of course I'm not delusional enough to think that they want me, I'm just desperate).

It's crazy how one type of condition can ruin your entire SMV. Why me? I don't see anyone with scars like mine when I walk down a busy street everyday. Why me?????

I did for 5 months, but it was too late, the scarring damage had already been done. I should have gone on it sooner, this corrupt jewish doctor put me on antibiotics for 1.5 years instead of accutane which just ruined my gut bacteria and this had me cut my accutane usage short due to stomach problems.

I'll just try to grow a beard to help a bit, and i dont have acne anymore, I have scars that are beyond just putting on makeup in order to fix (I need multiple surgeries). One time, I saw this cashier who was checking me out at Target, he had acne scars and some kind of make up on his face to hide them. I could easily see right through that and I dont even wear make up (femoids will easily be able to tell and will think that you're a bitch, this isn't south korea @Zesto), it looked worse than if he had just let them be.

That sucks, acne should be taken more seriously. I never had a lot of acne but between 15 and 25 I always had at least 1 big zit/boil on my face at any time and it fucked with my confidence so hard. I can only imagine how horrible it'd be to have zits all over my face and to have scars once they're gone. Is there surgery that can help?

Yes it should.

There is surgery, I already had my first subcision session done last week. I will need 3 subcisions alternated with 3 RF needling sessions. Possibly a CO2 laser or a chemical peel after wards. Then some HA filler or sculptra, finishing off with 3 V-Beam sessions. All in all this should take 1 - 1.5 years and will cost up to $10k. My dads willing to cover it.
