I avoid my normie "co"-workers like the plague. I only went to our Halloween party this year cause I was getting promoted to shift supervisor. I wouldn't have gone if I didn't get that promotion literally the day before. And After I work for 6 months as a shift sup, I'm going to apply to a kinda a decent wagie gig. It's wagie, but 40 bucks an hour wagie. So real good money for a dude with no kids or ball and chain. But I need supervision experience.

And that's also the thing about these gigs. You need to use these gigs for the next gig. Always be moving. Always. These people won't matter in the long haul. You'll want to maybe have a semi decent relationship with your superiors and bosses so you get good refrences on the next job. But that's really about it.
