the prices for houses and flats have gone up massively thanks to western countries being flooded with shitskins.
if you have more people in a town or city, the prices for houses and flats will go up due to demand and an increased population.

and of course, these same shitskins will be prioritized over the natives by councils and landlords.
so they'll jump the queue pretty much and cuck a white native out of a house of a flat, even if they've been on the waiting list for a few years.

That's a really good price for an apartment. Sadly it's loud, but at least it isn't 800 to 2000 usd like everywhere else I've looked at.

in a town i lived in last year, construction were building a few new flat blocks and you can bet your ass that their to house migrants and not natives.
