Simply extract and replace the existing .xp3 file. You'll know it worked if the first line in the game is "It smelled just like winter." instead of "It smelled of winter."

It had two nice routes and sister was hot (but not that memorable outside of sex scenes), just ignore this one pink whore otherwise she will feed you your own semen
