in the original film (first broly movie)
it is etimated that broly in his suppresed form is aboud 70milion to 120 million
when he gets powered up , his power level increased , it is etimstaed from 220million to 330 milion
but when he turn legendary super sayain , his poweres explodes into into from a low 750 million to 1.5 billion
a normal sayain likg goku and vegeta power levels are like 150million
while frize 100% is 120 million
thats why when broly turns his head blue
vegeta kick did nothing to him

Broly's hair is blue in the Restrained Super Saiyan form because of the power inhibitor his father Paragus makes him wear up until the point where he goes Legendary Super Saiyan and it breaks from the sheer power of the form.
