Could it be worth going to the gym and eating as much as possible to become as big as possible as I grow older?
Sure I wont get any women but I can beat the fuck out of chads and eventually thugmaxx.

Before you do anything extreme, see if you have the self-discipline needed for becoming an ogre. Just becoming bloated (despite the memes) is not good for anything at all. Gymratting, despite all the jokes, is actually very difficult to do over a long period of time. People get tired of it, they give up, and so they lose all their progress quickly. If you do go down this route, make sure you stick with it. Otherwise your time is better spent doing anything else.

I've been gymcelling for 8 years now, I have the height and the frame to do it but at best all women want from you is for you to white knight for them to protect them from thirsty betas (which I do sometimes, cockblocking an obvious soyboy is fulfilling). They want nothing to do with you sexually or emotionally but they expect you to protect them without any sort of reward.
