All humans are selfish horrible creatures. Empathy is really just the brain guilt tripping itself, its an uncontrollable and unwanted facet of the mind. If they were 100% in control of their mental faculties every human would be a brutal psychopath murderer. This is obvious because evolution would simply tack on empathy to the brain as a mere addition instead of restructuring the brain totally to accommodate true empathy, afterall we evolved from creatures with 0 empathy and its the simplest way of evolving for empathy. Also psychopaths have no empathy, so clearly it is just a tiny part of the mind that can simply be turned off. Therefore you should not obsess over females because they are just evil pieces of shit that wish they could make you and any other inconvenience dead.

The difference between men and women is small - they have 1 different chromosome than you, large man tits, still retain a penis (the clitoris), can take the appearance of a feminine man through hormone therapy and growing out their hair and hiding their curves. So physically, the difference between women and men is not much. Mentally, much of their behavior is influenced by society and they are unlikable af anyways, so who cares.
