Theres an obese, black lady in her early 20s. She dropped out of college because she failed too many classes. She then got a full time job for our company and received healthcare benefits, vision/dental care and a 401K/match. Most college dropouts w/ no associates degree , 0 stills and not even a trade school diploma have to work shitty jobs in customer service.This job is like 10000X better than customer service.

All she had to do was do like 1 hour of data entry and answer calls/direct them to the correct departments. She failed to show up to work for a bunch of days and was then fired.

What a retard. Now she probably has to work at Walmart, fast food or Kmart with almost 0 benefits and a lower salary.

Maybe, but probably not on average. If you go into nice neighborhoods or look at parents who send their kids to private schools and such, most of the people there have college degrees .

Again, there are rich tradies, but on average people with useful degrees generally tend to out earn others, esp. highly advanced degrees such as medicine, dentistry etc.

Yeah, i'm American. I don't know about Europe, but here in the USA they make a lot less than Engineers, finance/accounting people, etc.

If you talk to public school kids or go to good neighborhoods in the USA , almost everyone has a college education. Of course, i've looked up tradie salaries vs. jobs that require college degrees, and generally college educated type rolls pay more. Could be changing though.

If tradies are getting paid more, I think thats a good thing though. College tuition is getting out of control.
