Can they make me a retard? How do they work? Can you sleep after you took em? What about the cost? Do you get some buzz? Is it like long term drugs like anti depressants that you have to take em for a long time to take effect?

Phenibut is the best for NTmaxxing in my experience, downside is you can only really take it once or twice a week since you build a tolerance to it very quickly.

I'm not an NT expert, i have started with noopept. I had the visual snow effect.

In a month or two i will tell if nootropics are working for me. But for now i just wanted some info from you.

Easily due to its anxiolytic effects tbh. My inhib lowers drastically when I'm on it, so it makes me quite extraverted
