Also, facial surgeons should have units of surgerymaxxed former incels with tactical gear like night vision goggles so they can sneak around like masked ninjas and snatch uglies up unexpectedly. Incels should be blindfolded and tied up (because metal cuffs are not halal in this context). When the blindfolds are taken off they find themselves strapped to a chairs in a facial surgeon consultation offices with ninjas guarding the door. No law enforcement, these are all private persons. The incels will then be informed that because of their ugliness and how that effects their health and the American community at large, they will be subject to the state mandated looksmaxxing program.
