The nose looks thinner and normal but now the side looks significantly longer. With the addition that my skin is so thick that it still looks huge. The structure came out good but thick skin ruined it.

Also, if you ever will have a rhinoplasty be sure to claim you have breathing problems. It'll classify as a deviated septum and insurance will cover most of the costs.
