Back: His back is hunched from kyphosis, giving him a stooped posture that emphasizes the deformity in his spine. His skin is covered in large, painful boils and cystic acne, particularly along his upper back, leaving dark scars from years of inflammation. His skin is greasy and constantly irritated, with patches of peeling.

Spine: He suffers from severe scoliosis, which causes a prominent curvature in his spine. This not only worsens his posture but also results in chronic pain that forces him to move stiffly. His vertebrae are partially fused from ankylosing spondylitis, limiting his flexibility and making every movement labored.

Chest: His chest is sunken due to pectus excavatum, causing a concave, hollow appearance. His ribs are prominent, but his chest is also dotted with lipomas—benign fatty lumps—some of which are large and misshapen. He has a chronic cough from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), wheezing whenever he breathes, his chest rattling with mucus.

Belly: His large, distended belly is riddled with stretch marks from years of weight fluctuations. His abdominal area sags from abdominal obesity, with deep rolls of fat hanging over his belt. The skin is greasy and discolored with acanthosis nigricans, particularly around his belly button, which harbors moisture and a foul odor due to frequent infections. His belly also frequently gurgles and swells from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), making digestion a constant discomfort.

Legs: His legs are bowed and swollen from chronic venous insufficiency, with purple and blue varicose veins bulging out of his calves. His knees are knobby and weakened from osteoarthritis, making it painful to walk for extended periods. His legs are covered in cellulitis, with patches of red, inflamed skin, sometimes developing into open sores due to his poor circulation and hygiene.

Voice: His voice is a low, raspy croak from vocal cord nodules caused by years of yelling in noisy environments. Combined with acid reflux, his vocal cords are further damaged, giving him a rough, gravelly tone that often cracks. When he tries to speak louder, it comes out as a strangled wheeze, and he often clears his throat painfully due to constant irritation.

Eyes: His eyes are grotesquely bulging out of their sockets due to severe thyroid eye disease (Graves' ophthalmopathy), making them appear even more swollen and bloodshot. His eyelids struggle to close fully, leaving them constantly dry and irritated, with visible veins crisscrossing his yellowed sclera.

Scalp: His scalp is afflicted with seborrheic dermatitis, leaving it covered in oily, scaly patches of flaky, inflamed skin. His sparse, greasy strands of hair cling desperately to his head, unable to cover the shiny, red, irritated patches of balding skin beneath.

Nose: His nose is plagued by rosacea and rhinophyma, with thickened, bumpy skin and large pores. The tip is bulbous and inflamed, dotted with pus-filled cysts and red capillaries spidering across the surface.

Mouth: His lips are dry and cracked, with peeling skin from angular cheilitis, making it painful for him to speak or eat. His teeth are yellowed, crooked, and coated in plaque, with some dark stains from years of neglect. There’s a persistent, pungent odor of halitosis.

Skin: His face is covered with deep acne scars and hyperpigmentation from old cysts that left his skin uneven and blotchy. Large pores dot his oily complexion, particularly across his cheeks and nose, with inflamed spots adding to the chaos.

Neck: His neck is covered in folds of loose skin from acanthosis nigricans, which gives it a dark, velvety appearance, particularly in the creases. The skin is thickened and constantly itchy.

Hands: His fingers are thick and swollen from psoriatic arthritis, with skin flaking off in patches around the knuckles. His nails are yellowed, brittle, and thickened with onychomycosis (fungal infection), giving his hands an overall gnarled, diseased look.

Feet: His feet are swollen with chronic edema, and his toenails are cracked and yellow with severe fungal infections. Open sores and calluses cover his heels, exacerbated by long hours of standing in cheap shoes.

It’s over. He needs $300,000 to over $700,000 just to be seen as human
