Normies hate actual difficult games

Super Mario Sunshine is one of my favorite games ever. Whenever I look up walkthroughs of my favorite levels, there are always normies in the comments complaining about how bad the game is and how they're considering quitting. They can't explain why it's bad, they just claim it's bad because muh unfair.


Meanwhile, these same normies praise Super Mario Odyssey. An absolutely brainless game.


Monster Hunter is another example. Normies love Monster Hunter World and onwards which added more frames to monsters attack so that players had more time to react to them. It also removed item management elements and made sure you had almost infinite access to resources.


Normies hate classic Monster Hunter and claim it's unfair because monsters almost instantly attack.

Souls games are probably the only hard games normies enjoy, and only because it's easy to cheat your way through them with a broken build.

There are certain spots which you can only reach through gliding, but it is insanely easy to figure it out.

I never played this game for its difficulty because it is child's play. I just like the relaxed atmosphere and gameplay.

Same. I always look forward to boss fights and I hate when they're overly simplistic and easy.

Multiplayer games can be really hard and demotivating. I just dont care about being good, i just suck i have accepted it. Everyone and their mother can put less effort be better than me XD. Sadly rainbow 6, a seriese I only played seige in, has gotten the normie treatment. I didnt relize it got the normie treatment to begin with considering how they canceled rainbow 6 patriots. But the older games look way more fun then seige. But hey, at least theres ready or not.
