I don’t think I could psychologically survive reaching 60, as every year I get more bored and depressed and yet I see normies obsessed with living to 80, 90, and 100, far past what is natural.

Life at 90+ is not much a life at all, I would rather die than be that old

Speaking such things feels like a brag to me. It's a indicator of how good their lives are. The same way telling a suicidal person that he should not kill himself also is a brag. They are telling him that their lives are so much worth living. That would push someone to the edge further more than helping him.
