People were never dishonest about looks. Most people legitimately believe personality matters in dating. The problem is that looks and personality are practically synonyms in the mind of the normalfag.

I agree. This double standard based on mere physical appearence is realy infuriating. It would not be that hard to overcome it and simply judge the person for what he says / does and not how he ducking look. But I'm asking way too much from normies I guess

They'd act and say things that show looks matter.

They in some situations where someone complain about his looks say that "looks don't matter that much, just be confident bro
Or say looks matter only to a certain degree, or only at the first encounter etc.

They do adopt some blackpill opinions, but also a lot of contradictory bluepill opinions
