Your potential is determined by your genetics. Normans won't accept it. They hate the fact that they're not in control of their lives so they spread propaganda like "the winner tried harder than you" or "everyone is talented at something" or "if you want something enough, you can get it" or even "women are just as smart as men and have the same potential"
Those of us who have accepted the blackpill know this is garbage. Your genetics both determine your starting point in life and your potential. I could, for instance, never be a famous boxer or runner or even swimmer due to my subhumanity and inferior genetics- no matter how hard I try. I could never become a famous mathematician or physicist- I could never be a mighty warrior. I can't grow my foreskin back or stop being bald. But normans just won't accept this. They're too deluded.
