Hispanic is a pretty broad term nowadays due to the retardedness of Americans, but yeah if you mean by iberians then yes most of us have some Berber genes from being under muslim control for 700 years but most of the girls are white passing and the males are the ones that mostly end up with the black hair while foids end up with light brown hair

growing up I saw white as any Europeans and even most Mexicans, south Americans and even some middle easterns and I divided Europeans between countries, spanish were simply spanish looking not less white I would have considered them 100 percent white

in my mind anything that wasnt black or asian was basically white
