I am on day 2. I've always been skeptical of nofap/"semen retention", but I have never actually tried it before. I haven't gone a day without fapping since I was 13. Today I did wake up feeling way more refreshed than usual, who knows though maybe placebo-effect. I'm going to try it for a week and see how it goes.
