Porn Addiction prevents Incels from fully committing to the path of the Blackpill, I've created this guide to help free you from the brain damaging and mind altering addiction that is Pornography.

Day 1:
This is where your urges will be the strongest. Your brain after being abused daily, is hardwired through its dopamine receptors to desire pornography/masturbation. The key here is to keep as busy as you can. Get out of the house every chance you can, pick up a new video game or start writing in a journal. Do not watch anything with sexual references, women in their underwear etc. Keeping up activities will stop the urges from overwhelming you at this stage.

Day 30:
You begin to regain some of your life force, your mind is clearer and you feel a bit stronger. The Brain at this stage changes its tactics from direct assault to surprise attacks. At random moments throughout the day/week you will feel incredibly strong urges. Never give an inch. Continue your efforts on avoiding all sexually related media. This is where working out in particular comes in handy. It will be more difficult for you to get hard, will decrease sexual urges.

Day 60:
At this point the brain knows it is losing. It will begin to alternate between heavy assaults and ambushes. You however, get a rush of confidence and your mood increases dramatically. Your dopamine receptors are beginning to un-fuck themselves from the damage of pornography. Although you feel a rush of strength, be careful not to let hubris cloud your judgement, and catch you by surprise. Many will fall at this stage, it is imperative that you do not. Many people find during this stage that they have gained the confidence to go out and try to fuck a real woman.

Day 90:
Brains forces are thinned. It is on the verge of losing. It desperately makes one final assault to overtake your conscious and revert your dopamine receptors back to their porn-addicted state. By staying committed, you are guaranteed victory.

Day 120:
You have officially succeeded in destroying the vast majority of the brains forces. There will be a few ambushes here, but few and far between. Your dopamine receptors are truly starting to heal again. You will finally get hard as diamonds just seeing a woman in public again. You are on your way to being healed, do not lose sight of it.

Day 365:
The final boss is defeated. Your brain is mostly healed from the damage of Pornography and excessive masturbation. It will take some time before it is complete, but you overall feel better, stronger, smarter, happier and clearer in head than ever. Your sexual urges will be natural and you have successfully overcome the porn industry.

i've tried this before, got to like 2 weeks, but honestly as an incel NEET i really see no point in doing in this.
 
If you're legit addicted - to the point where you feel the need to do it multiple times a day - then I agree. Otherwise, I don't think it's necessary.

I've noticed that during post-nut clarity people treat me better than when I'm on a streak. Seriously, 3 or more days without a bust, women avoid me, men disrespect me. The night after a session, women are ok with some shop talk with me. Probs because I have no sexual desire at the moment and I'm not considered a threat. Nofap is ok for mental health, but both extrrmes: multiple nuts to porn and complete, prolonged abstinence aren't.

why are you even on it? what are your goals?
my goals are 1000 day NoFap and be Buddha maxxed. I am on it as it boots energy levels and for health reasons. I also meditate more easily on it.
 
I coom 2-3 times a week and never to actual porn but just pics of my classmates or static images. I feel pretty good tbh
