It's been going well. I have only had a few urges tbh. I feel relaxed. I don't feel like relapsing at all. I think alot of NoFappers are looking forward to relapsing. They don't really understand why they started their NoFap journey in the first place. So all they look forward to is the actual relapse, even if it will occur tomorrow or in 2 months they can't stop thinking about it. I've had the thought of relapsing a few times these 4 days but when i ask myself "Do i really need this?" I quickly understand that i don't have to relapse.

This week will probably be tough. I have to work two evenings, tomorrow and on wednesday. So tomorrow and on wednesday i will have to work for like 12hrs/day if you coun't travel time. It will be hell, so i will probably feel bad when i get home from work which could result in me wanting to fap, but i will try to resist the temptation.
