I got the job because my father was a friend of my boss and he worked there too. An apprenticeship at a car workshop. Pay was low but acceptable because I lived with my parents. I did many mistakes like forgetting to tighten screws, forgetting to close the oil cap (oil sprayed everywhere when a worker did a test drive), putting on a wrong tire on a vehicle.
After two years of being scolded almost everyday, my boss and I agreed to a "termination agreement" as we call it in Germany. Boss took probably pity in me. It was 2009, hard time to find a new job. If I had quit from my end, I couldn't get neetbux for 3 months due to "Sperrzeit".
