Then, countries made a rule that you cannot visit another country without being vaccinated.

Then they said 2 doses of vaccine are not enough and they added a third one.

Now a rule is being passed, in which you cannot do any activity without being vaccinated. You can't work, go to school, go to the gym, exist in public places, etc...
