There's a guy the same rank. His quality of work isn't better than mine when it comes to more complex stuff. In fact I was asked to correct his work once from a MALE superior (they didn't cc him in the email that's how I know about people not telling you when they have an issue with you)

But at the end of the day they will still let it slide. The team of mostly foids loves him especially the boss. Meanwhile I'm fucking hated and even if I delivery masterpiece after masterpiece they will just nitpick anything to say I was wrong.
