Humans are social animals and need friends, family and love. It's one of the most important if not the most important thing needed for a human to function. Prolonged lack of social contact can cause a number of different mental problems. Depression, Anxiety, Social Awkwardness, Anger, Schizophrenia, Hallucinations, Insanity and many many more. The worst part is if this is not treated it can cause permanent damage to the brain. Inceldom is something that is easily treatable but nobody cares to help us. They'll help others but not us no one would look at a man with a mental disorder and say "wow that's all his fault" no they wouldn't say that but they'd say the same to incels.
