Is it good to no fap or not if you are an incel and don't have any other way of release? I heard mixed oppinions and none really made me believe it for sure. I haven't rubbedd one out for like 5 days now and it aches me to do it but I migh as well try not to. I feel frustrated though.

Not good to do every day. But as an incel it wont make much difference in how people percieve you. You will feel more alive if your not jizzing consistently.

Well i am almost at one week mark and I feel like shit. Frustrated and itchy down there. Only thinking about fapping. I once did a 2 weeks no fap challenge but I felt the same just 10x worse. Is no fap not for everybody? Is it a placebo for double digit IQ brainlets? Or is it only good and gives actual boost to those who fapped really crazy like 5 times every day?

NoFap is a cope, but it is a good way to test your willpower and discipline. Just keep in mind you wont get laid by abstaining from jerking it for a few months.
