You are absolutely correct. Masturbating isn't unhealthy at all, nor does it harm you in any way. But according to science, sex is still better (not saying science is always correct, but the explanation makes sense). Intimacy, burning calories, etc. I wouldn't even know how to handle sex tbh (I'm in my late 20s). But having unpaid sex and/or a gf, is surely good for your self-esteem and self-worth, I am sure.
