How can any men even muster the Ambition to work hard if at the end of the day you wont own land, houses, shit even just 1 Apartment is hard to get?

Now in Germany they released a new Tax which makes it so you will usually pay more on top of what you already own then what would happen if you simply rented it out. Lmao so now landlords will increase rents EVEN MORE in Germany.

People will be like the Americans, either take NEETbuxx or live in a fucking van or a tend or something.

Legit we arent far from it.

Gen Z men are finished.

Like legit at this point WHAT CAN ONE EVEN DO?

Like at the end of the day you got no friends and everything you really OWN if you werent born into a Nepo super rich family is....what exactly? Furniture? A Smartphone? PC? Laptop? An old car maybe?

Like is this it? Legit now IS THIS EVERYTHING?

No real estate for my face

That's where I'm at.

What were you thinking, fucking around in 3rd grade when you should have been buying real estate?

My car is 20 years old and I need to buy a new one / use one with low milage and younger.

Massive inflation has increased the prices so much that a basic Mitsubishi Space Star (Mirage) now costs 12000€ whereas it used to cost only 8000€ 5.5 years ago.
And the used car market is even more fucked imo.
German prices, btw.

Also, I don't own a house or apartment either.

In Germany, the more you work and earn, the more you get fleeced.
Work isn't worth it in Germany.

This country is so done.

You are also German?

Many people in Bucharest own flats or houses that are left to them as a gift from their parents. That is a good thing of course but also make foids less likely to settle down so it's kinda a double edge sword.
