This is untrue on so many different levels

Well as someone who was unconfident and struggled until I realized that was a terrible idea.
I simply was confident and never had women problems after that. I have sense grown up and gotten married but I can still talk with any woman I meet and have a great conversation and are still regularly hit on by women.
Playfully of course but there is always interest if a guy is confident. One of my fat friends and one of my 5'5" friends both got women and married before one of my more traditionally attractive friends made any headway with women. Because he was not confident but the other two were.
