New year New plans I am trying to become more "human" in my social interactions. Is there any books/sources I can read up on to be less anti social?

I am extremely introverted and anti social to the point of having zero friends in my first semester of uni. Is there any tips /books to read to become a bit less anti social?(I am not aiming at becoming extremely extroverted or popuar I know that is chad only ) But i would like to be less in my head you know?

Only way to get good at interacting with normies is to interact with normies. Usually if you're under pressure, like in a job, it becomes easier cause you dont overthink things anymore.
