A Legalcel is an individual who can't get into a romantic relationship because the current legal system doesn't support his ideas of laws when it comes to discord between opposite sexes.(this definition needs improvements, feel free to present yours)

e.g.
a legalcel who can't marry because the age of consent laws prevents him from finding a virgin female on her prime while the same laws doesn't protect male babies and boys from circumcision

a legalcel who can't have sex in a one night stand because he is afraid of false rape allegation threats

a legalcel who can't marry because he is afraid the foid will steal almost everything, including the kids, in divorce

a legalcel who can't buy a sex slave because the 13th amendment prevents him(I wonder if sexual slavery could be a form on punishment in US)

a legalcel who can't escortcel because prostitution is illegal
